Sajid Anam

I design software, build products, teams, systems, side projects, random tools and occasionally things that probably didn’t need to exist.

Currently leading design at Ebury in London.

I started designing software in 2011 while still in school. At Paytm I worked on payments, checkout and merchant products, which started a thread of building for businesses that I’ve kept coming back to.

Since then I’ve been a founding designer at Spyn, ran my own product studio, joined Grab’s Growth team in Singapore and later built Merchant Experience into its own product area and team.

I moved to London in 2021 and joined Meta to design software around custom hardware for Portal for Business, then moved to Kraken to work on institutional and OTC products.

These days I’m back to building for businesses at Ebury. Over the last couple of years I’ve helped build the design function, rebuild the customer platform and shape a new version of the brand and digital experience.

Along the way I’ve started companies, run a studio and built teams, while trying to stay fairly close to the work.
